Naslund Sweeping Services

Cleaning Services Include:

• Power Vacuum/Sweep the parking lot, including sides and back lot;
  
• Pick up all trash in the parking lot, all grass areas and flowerbeds;
  
• Blow sidewalks;
  
• Empty trash cans;
  

• Grass Mowing: All grass areas will be mowed to their proper uniform height. This includes grass areas around buildings, trees, shrubs, beds, patio and sprinklers;
  
• Edging: All concrete, i.e. Curbs, sidewalks, and patios will be edged every service during the growing season and at least twice a month during the dormant season. (October through March);
  
• Weeding: All hedges and bushes will be weeded each time they are trimmed;
  
• Trimming: Trees (up to seven feet in height), bushes and hedges shall be maintained to uniform shape;
  
• Clean up: All clipping and debris created during maintenance will be cleaned up and removed each service;
  
• Mulching: Will apply mulch at cost as needed;
  
• Sprinkler Damage Repair: Will replace or repair any damage to the sprinkler system caused by our service personal.
  
• Flower Beds and Additional Items: Flower beds will be maintained and updated seasonally upon request. There may be charges for additional services. Prices will be agreed upon before services are rendered.
